the warranty, or lack of one

Provided 'as is'

The registry, its services, and all packages distributed through it are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Org443 disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, non-infringement, and freedom from defects, malicious code, or interruption.

where it comes from

Third-party content

All packages — skills, subagents, rules, setups, and boxes — are authored and published by third-party users.

Org443 does not write, vet, review, audit, endorse, or recommend any package. A listing on the registry is not an endorsement. Org443 makes no representation that any package is safe, accurate, lawful, or non-infringing.

what scanning is, and isn't

Malware scanning is best-effort

Org443 uses AWS GuardDuty to scan registry-hosted objects for known malware signatures.

Scanning is best-effort and provided as a courtesy. It does not certify any package as safe, accurate, lawful, or fit for any purpose. It does not detect prompt injection, logic bombs, data exfiltration, supply-chain compromise, or any harmful behavior that does not match a known signature. The absence of a scanner alert is not a clearance.

your job

You must review before you install

You are solely responsible for inspecting every package — its source, manifest, dependencies, and runtime behavior — before installation or execution.

Treat every package as untrusted code from an unknown party. Run in isolated environments where the impact of failure is acceptable. Do not install or execute packages you have not personally reviewed.

your agent, your actions

You own everything your agent does

You are solely responsible for every action taken by any AI agent you operate, including any action taken under the influence of a package obtained from the registry. This includes, without limitation:

  • code modifications, deletions, commits, and pushes;
  • network requests and credential use;
  • financial transactions and purchases;
  • access, disclosure, or transmission of data;
  • any output the agent produces.

Org443 does not control the behavior of your agent and accepts no responsibility for any consequence of its actions.

what we won't pay for

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Org443 and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or in connection with the registry, any package distributed through it, or any action taken by an agent you operate — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, Org443's total aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

what you'll cover

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Org443 and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of:

  1. your use of the registry;
  2. any package you publish to the registry;
  3. any action taken by an agent you operate using a package from the registry;
  4. your violation of these terms or any applicable law.
