Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AIpkgs registry, website, command-line tool, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Org443.

By accessing or using the Service — including by signing in, installing packages, using the CLI, or publishing a package — you agree to be bound by these Terms, by the Privacy Policy, and by the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You sign in to the Service through a supported third-party identity provider (currently Google or GitHub) using OAuth. Your AIpkgs account is identified by, and tied to, the provider account you sign in with.

You are responsible for maintaining control of that provider account and for all activity that occurs under your AIpkgs account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate your account if the underlying provider account is suspended, deleted, or no longer accessible to you.

You agree not to:

• publish malware, spyware, credential stealers, cryptominers, or code intended to damage or compromise systems or users;
• publish content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
• impersonate any person, organization, or package author;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or supporting infrastructure;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service, including via scraping or automated abuse;
• use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion and without prior notice.

The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any package distributed through it is safe, accurate, lawful, or fit for any purpose.

The full warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions are set out in the Disclaimer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Disclaimer, the Disclaimer controls for warranty, liability, and indemnification matters; otherwise these Terms control.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
